Our Power Yoga class is a fast and dynamic Vinyasa movement yoga class. Fit Power Yoga focuses on building full body strength, increasing flexibility, deep core work, and finding balance. This playful, vigorous class combines dynamic movements and steady holds. Each class will have core segments that will be incorporated from classic Pilates repertoire. All levels and conditions welcome. Aspects of some yoga experience is recommended.
