Group Workouts with a kick

Our Group High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes work the whole body and will have you working harder than you ever thought you could! We change up the workout every day to keep you on your toes. Expect to get your heart pumping, work your core and the large muscles in your lower body – a lot. We set aside 10 minutes at the end of every class for cool down & stretching.
