New Classes & Schedule Starting 11/3

Starting this Sunday November 3rd we are excited to bring you a new class schedule with awesome new classes and coaches!

We have added, by popular demand, YOGA! Our Fit Power Yoga class will be lead by Jen, Jasmine & Liz. Yoga classes are included in your membership but we are now offering a monthly Yoga only membership plan & a $20 cash drop-in per class.
TRX Fusion is back, replacing the 20/20/20 class & we have added another new class; Group HIIT to help you get your cardio burn on. We have also extended our Open Gym access to five days a week.
