A 100% socially distant outdoors workout that will make you sweat! Stamina Outside is a specialized endurance program that incorporates body weight, TRX movements, band resistance training and weight training. Based on the F45 program, but a bit longer because we know you can do it! Each workout will have anywhere from 10-30 different movements involving a full body tone every time.
These classes take considerable effort to develop & run.
