Fitness for the Young Team
All fitness levels, 8-16 years old.
This is our signature program tailored for smaller bodies! Stamina Youth is a specialized endurance program that incorporates body weight, TRX movements, band resistance training and weight training. Each workout will have anywhere from 10-30 different movements involving a full body tone every time.
