F45 + 5 more minutes!
This is our signature program and we guarantee it will make you sweat! Stamina F50 is a specialized endurance program that incorporates body weight, TRX movements, band resistance training and weight training. Based on the F45 program, but a bit longer because we know you can do it! Each workout will have anywhere from 10-30 different movements involving a full body tone every time. We set aside 10 minutes at the end of every class for cool down & stretching.
If you are looking for more flexibility we recommend our Fit Power Yoga Class.
If you are new to working out or recovering from an injury we recommend you try our TRX Fusion class first and work your way up to this class.
Our Group HIIT will boost your cardiovascular fitness.
