Our TRX Fusion is a lower intensity class designed for people new to training or for those looking for a slightly more relaxed paced workout. Make no mistake, you are still going to work in this class but it’s just a bit less intense than our signature program, Stamina F50. We focus on TRX movements & band resistance training to make sure you get a great all over workout.
